Our Viridian blend is an herbaceous, single-origin blend of sustainably grown perilla, chocolate mint, lemon balm, spearmint, lemon basil, amaranth, sage and mixed edible flowers, named for a roof the herbs are grown on, The Viridian Apartments, and the green-blue pigment its leaves resemble.

Enjoyed hot or cold, the Viridian blend is a refreshing digestive tisane and one of our most popular summer tisanes.

Serving suggestion: 1 Tbl for 10oz water.

Water temperature: 205ºF
Brewing time: 3-5 minutes.
Infusions: 4x (For each additional infusion add 1 minute to brew time)
