Indulge your senses in our 2 hour Candle Making Workshop with friend and collaborator Emily Neumann of EcoWilde Flower Co.!
Learn to craft your own signature scented candles from scratch. Emily will guide you through the process of creating a one-of-a-kind candle, using high-quality wax and essential oils. Bring your own vessel and not only will you take home your very own handmade candle, but you'll also reduce waste by reusing your vessel.* Perfect for crafty friends, dates, or a solo activity. Proceeds from this workshop will be donated to Chicago's Green Wedding Alliance; a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to furthering education regarding sustainability within the event industry. The Green Wedding Alliance is a collaborative network of environmentally responsible event vendors who strive to grow & inform others of responsible business practices. We connect with conscious consumers for mindful weddings, commitment ceremonies, corporate & social events.

This is an introductory class for beginners, but all skills levels are welcome.
BioBorn into a family of farmers and builders, Emily Neumann has always loved to grow and make things. A self-described arts and nature geek, Emily holds dual degrees in theater and sustainability which folds nicely into her vision for EcoWilde–gorgeous floral drama with a green lens. She saw so much waste in the event industry and so many opportunities to be a little gentler with our planet and to people too (Emily is a BIG fan of paying a living wage and providing worker protections). She stops to smell the roses on her off time by loving up on her super sweet furry daughters (two cats pals and one pup), walking in the woods with her buddies, and searching for her next donut.

Tickets to this events are non-refundable. Please let us know if you wish to transfer your purchase to another guest if you are unable to attend.

Local Delivery (minimum order $25, some zip code restrictions) Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm within 2-3 business days of order being received. If you are looking for a specific delivery time please email orders@theroofcrop.com
Store Pick-Up Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and can be picked up Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am & 4:00 pm at The Roof Crop Warehouse located at 2825 West 5th Avenue, Chicago IL 60612
USPS Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via USPS. We do not currently ship fresh flowers or perishable items.
Lobby Pick-Up Program Lobby deliveries are available for group orders. Email orders@theroofcrop.com to find out how your building can join the program!
